Welcome back everyone! This week we would love to share some updates, and tell you about our very first pilot campaigns! As we’re working diligently on planning some amazing collaborations and campaigns, Impactasnap will likely have a bit of a rebrand soon. Fret not, for we’ll still have the same goals and values as always, we’re just looking to create something that pops. We’re also cooking up a newsletter so be sure to sign up for updates!
In our very first campaign, we collaborated with Denver-based Convivio Café in support of Friends of Guatemala. The idea was to turn everyday customer moments into a real-world impact. Customers were invited to post a photo or reel to Instagram of their favorite Convivio Café drink or merchandise with the indicated tags. Each tagged post then triggered a $1 donation from Convivio Café to Friends of Guatemala, supporting food packages for children and abandoned elderly at Clínica Materno Infantil in Livingston, Guatemala. The campaign ran for one week and was designed to be simple, joyful, and accessible— sharing something you love while supporting a small business and a larger cause.
Our second pilot was partnered with The Giddy Group in support of the New England Forestry Foundation (NEFF) through a nature-focused social activation. The Giddy Group is “Planet Earth’s Social Media Agency” (The Giddy Group Website) focused on bringing awareness and encouraging activism for climate change through social media. This campaign invited people to post their favorite moment outdoors using the hashtag “GiddyOutside” and a $5 donation was made per verified post. An employee of The Giddy Group, shares her feelings on the campaign:

Our third pilot was a partnership with Happy Delicious Love and artist Ana Espinosa to run a creative, values-driven campaign centered around environmental love and self-expression. The prompt was to share your “love language to the Earth” on Instagram, reflecting on how they care for the planet. Participants were then entered to win a one-of-a-king artwork by Ana. We aimed for strong emotional connection, storytelling, and testing values-forward activations for future projects.
These pilots may have been on a smaller-scale, but when trying to break into a whole new type of fundraising, any type of positive engagement is beneficial to get an understanding of results. Now, looking into the future, we have some super exciting Earth Week campaigns focusing on environmental conservation and reforestation, one event is even a month long allowing for lots of engagement! Get your friends and make some positive change with one simple post! We’ll chat again next week with a more thorough outline of some of our campaigns, as well as our founder’s exciting story as to why she decided to create Impactasnap.
